# Editing a Texture 2D (ILIAD Texture Editor) ## 1. Opening ILIAD Texture Editor from an existing project Since ILIAD 0.7, the plugin is the default editor to open Texture 2D, which means you just have to double click on a Texture 2D to open ILIAD Texture Editor. You can disable / enable this feature in Unreal Engine parameters > Texture2D Editor. If the option is disabled, it means Texture 2D will be opened with Unreal Engine default editor. In this case, you will have to open ILIAD with a right-click on the Texture asset of your choice, then click on "Edit with ILIAD" in the pop-up menu. ----------------- ## 2.
